C. Terms – 30 Day Replacement Guarantee
What is covered?
TJP AUTO want to give you absolute assurance you have made the right choice, but if for some reason you think otherwise, TJP AUTO offers you, subject to the terms detailed below, a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase of any set of 2 or more Tyres.
What is not covered?
Tyres that are damaged for reasons unrelated to a fault of the Tyres, including damage suffered due to an Unauthorized Event or improper use and inflation and off road use tyres.
Claim process – qualifications & exclusions
A claim must be made to TJP Auto Tyres and must be made within the period 1 to 30 days from the purchase date.
A claim must be made by completing a claim form (to be supplied by TJP AUTO), together with the original customer invoice the Tyres purchase.
A claim requires you to purchase replacement tyres (FROM TJP AUTO) weather the same brand or of another brand and any extra cost for tyres is to be paid by the customers , no refunds are made under this guarantee.
Tyres replaced in accordance with this guarantee become the property of TJP AUTO.
2 year 24,000km warranty on tyres
What is covered?
For any TJP AUTO Tyre purchased that is damaged beyond repair due to Road Hazard Tyre Damage, TJP AUTO will replace the Tyre damaged (unless TJP AUTO elect to repair the Tyre damaged) with a new comparable Tyre within 2 years of purchase.
In the case of a replacement Tyre, you shall be responsible for (1) all charges involved in the removal and fitting of the Tyre to your vehicle, and (2) the following pro-rata charges:
(a) in the case of a Tyre having a Tyre Tread greater than 50%, no charge;
(b) in the case of a Tyre having a Tyre Tread of below 50%, but above the legal limit, a charge equal to 50% of the replacement tyre cost;
Tyre wearing out down to illegal tread or wear indicator before 24,000kms will be replaced on a pro rata basis with any extra cost to be paid by customer , tyre would be replaced with tyre the same or of equal value unless customer wants to cover additional cost of a more expensive tyre. This is only available when purchasing 4 tyres and a wheel alignment. This section of the warranty will be void if the vehicle has suspension , steering or other issues that may effect the wear of the tyre that are not rectified at time of fitment or appear after the tie of fitment. Your tyres are also required to be rotated and balanced at 6 months or 10,000kms during the warranty period by TJP auto. And a further alignment at 20,000kms.
What is not covered?
Tyre damage caused by an Unauthorized Event or Tyres having a Tyre Tread of less than the legal limit, Damage caused by off road use and off road use tyres.
Claim process – qualifications & exclusions
A claim must be made to TJP AUTO within 2 years from the date of purchase.
A claim must be made by completing a claim form (to be supplied by TJP AUTO), together with the original customer invoice the subject of the Tyres purchase.
TJP AUTO may elect to repair a Tyre unless the tyre is deemed unserviceable (e.g. unable to be repaired by a repair patch or similar).
TJP AUTO has the right to inspect a Tyre, the subject of a claim under this warranty, to assess and verify eligibility for the claim.
TJP AUTO Tyres replaced in accordance with this warranty become the property of TJP AUTO.
6 -12 – 24 months TACC road side assistance
Upon purchase of 4 tyres a voucher for 6 months road side assistance will be given , this will then be replaced with another 6 month voucher at the time of rotate and balance 10,000kms or 6 months which ever comes first , then again every 6 months or 10,000kms.
Road side assistance is provide through TACC and you must contact the number on your voucher and have it in your vehicle , it is allocated to your vehicle.
